Qualicum Beach is approximately a 45 minute drive from Nanaimo. We will be staying in a private 4000 sq. ft. lodge unique for private events. There is a large common area, commercial kitchen, large formal dining area, and on site parking.

There are 7 bedrooms, 10 beds (7 queens, 1 twin bed, 2 twin beds in the form of bunks), 7.5 baths. Sleeps up to 14 people in shared rooms. Air mattresses and 8 spare twin mattress (to be laid on the floor in some bedrooms) are available for those wanting their own space.
This is a former lodge that is now used for private events, but the original appeal has been kept.

This is not hosted in a retreat center. There are no housekeeping staff. People are free to bring personal food items they want and/or want to share. Sleeping quarters are shared. You are free to secure your own accommodations and commute each day if it is safe for you to do so. All meals will be provided.
Continental type breakfast items will be provided for self serve breakfast. Soup and sandwiches will be available for lunch. Dinner will be catered on site.
You are responsible to manage the space and tidy up after yourself in all areas.
The sleeping spaces are in shared rooms. All 7 bedrooms have a queen bed, one of the rooms also has a single bed in it, and one of the rooms also has twin bunk beds. There is a maximum of 20 participants in the retreat. Sleeping spaces are not assigned.
